Before I show you what we’re doing in the kitchen, I thought I’d start with what we’ve done since we moved in. We moved into the guesthouse above the carriage house to the rear of the main cottage. “What brought you to Texas”? is the first question we are asked by those we talk to here in Waco and across Texas. We always answer “our kids”!  But here is the more detailed answer. After Tony was released from the hospital recovering from pneumonia, he was told he could not continue working the very physical job he had always done. Living in Washington State was no longer an option for us. This is a simple direct answer.
